"While painting "Heartland Tranquility", I kept going back to my childhood. I was raised in the country and my fondest memories were always in the fall. When I was out helping to work on our land in the late afternoon, it was comforting to see my home from afar and I looked forward to the tranquility of being home in the evening with my family. I also loved the sights and sounds of Canadian Geese flying over our place," recalls Mike Capser. "I still enjoy the distant chorus of honking and the familiar sight of them winging overhead."
